Knowledge sharing between France, India & Sri Lanka

If you’ve been following our LinkedIn page over the last couple of months you will have seen some posts featuring agronomist Thomas Cazin. Thomas has been visiting Biogrow India where he lead training sessions with our local team and also gave technical support to our Indian customers. As you probably all know by now, at Biogrow we believe that knowledge sharing among growers is the key to success, and to help our clients achieve their goals, we are more than happy to share what we know with them.

Thomas is a great educator, and below he can be seen training our Indian team members on the usage of grow bags in a polyhouse. The aim of these sessions was to help our production team better understand our clients needs.

Following his visit to India, Thomas stopped off in Sri Lanka where he spent time with Nicolas Bourhis, head of Biogrow Lanka and Benjamin Blanchard, head of Biogrow India. Biogrow Lanka enjoyed hosting their colleagues from India & France and a great time was had by all. In addition to sharing best practice and customer / technical support methodology, time was also made to visit local growers in Sri Lanka. As always, for Team Biogrow, a slow, bumpy and steep 30 minute tuk-tuk ride to a polyhouse located off the beaten track to give valuable technical growing advice, is all in a day’s work!
